Guest Speaker - Jeanne Steen

Jeanne Steen is an innovative healer, teacher and coach. Her natural interest in the spiritual life was likely sparked by the early death of her father when she was a baby.

She grew up with the sense that her father remained a watchful presence and she talked to god with daily updates and gratitude. This spiritual connection was a benevolent anchor in a household full of “trauma drama”.

With family lineages rooted in Catholicism, Judaism, Christianity, and Christian Science she was not indoctrinated into any belief system, but held the open mind of someone who finds religion culturally interesting, but is content with her own direct conversation with God..

Jeanne was born at Evanston Hospital and grew up in Northfield, IL.  She graduated from Smith College with a BA degree in Philosophy and Economics.
